Do not manually create a post for an event here. Instead, create your event in the Calendar. Events added to the Calendar automatically get added here.
Everybody is free to add their own events/dungeon runs/leveling groups/etc to the Calendar! In fact it is encouraged!
Even if you are currently in the process of forming a dungeon/leveling group, try to make a quick Event for it. It will be great if people can check the Calendar, even while offline/mobile, and see if any groups are currently active!

How To Guide:
Step 1) Go to the main forum page or click on "Calendar" at the top left of the screen.
Step 2) At the Calendar, click "Add Calendar Event"
Step 3) Name your event, and fill out your event details with the date and estimated time (including end date/time) of your event. Click the "Attend Event" option button if you will be going yourself.
Step 4) In the "Event Information" section, use the "Event Post Template" (below) to add extra details such as In-Game Location, Level range, Objective, Char name, etc.
Step 5) Click on "Submit" from within that screen and you're all set!
